  • Skyrocketed online revenue sales by 943% in a comparative 3-year period through a calculated mix of continuous campaigns, and the implementation of newly created permanent projects and processes.

  • Set the company's yearly revenue standard to 7 figures (previously in the low 6-figures) with sustained growth

  • Migrated our ESP to Klaviyo from Omnisend in June 2021 and increased email subscribers by 84% with strategic pop-ups, giveaways, social media callouts, and Facebook lead generation ads

  • Strategized 2 email campaigns per week based around new and upcoming arrivals, seasonal content, holidays, styling, and utilizing customer segmentation, increasing average open rate to 55% vs. 18%

  • Created various new email flows and introduced the SMS channel and grew it by the thousands, all of which contributed to 41% of the online store revenue from migration to December 2023

  • Spearheaded the introduction of a tiered customer loyalty program, which contributes 10+% to the yearly revenue

  • Created high-performing Facebook and Instagram ads with a $12-15K monthly budget (up to $40K during sales) which perform at 3.5x ROAS

  • Imagined and defined “Uncommon Luxury” for Porter Lyons and propelled us into the luxury space, building a cult following and becoming a known-name in our niche for luxury piercing jewelry

  • Transformed Porter Lyons’ storefront into a destination for in-store luxury piercings, bringing in customers from around the country traveling to experience their favorite online brand in person

  • Grew the PL website into a global destination for all things Uncommon Luxury

We saw such an increase in revenue that Porter Lyons was able to ditch our rented retail store and purchase a 4-story building directly on the iconic Royal Street, known for its luxury + antique shopping and fine art galleries.
