With my creative direction, I've propelled jewelry brand Porter Lyons into the luxury space with a consistent brand image. I produce and oversee all aspects of photoshoots, from scouting photographers, models, and locations to crafting moodboards and shot lists. With meticulous coordination, I ensure smooth logistics and assist in styling outfits, jewelry looks, and directing the shoot to bring concepts to life.

ORGANIC GROWTH
Spearheading a successful rebranding initiative, I transformed our online presence to epitomize luxury through high-quality Leica Q2 imagery, a departure from previous iPhone shots. Leveraging a strategic blend of organic and paid social strategies, our Instagram account's following surged by 255% under my full management. Subsequently, in March 2023, I hired a dedicated social media manager to sustain and further enhance our presence.

I have honed into our TOF, MOF, and BOF strategies to continuously create engaging video, carousel, and static ads that perform with a 3.5x ROAS from a $12-15K monthly spend, increasing during sale periods. As a luxury brand with a price range of $75 all the way up to $10,000+, I've pinpointed a particular low barrier to entry category and fully leaned into this niche with in-house content and strategic UGC partnerships creating content for us on a trade basis, which I repurpose into various ad type formats.

MARKETING
Stepping outside of the digital realm, we hosted multiple events at our store to celebrate our customers, build community, and grow in-store revenue, spreading the work with flyers created by me with InDesign or Illustrator to personally deliver to customers and leave with luxury hotel concierges.
I also took a page from the traditional marketing handbook and created early access Black Friday direct mail postcards, inviting over 3,000 segmented customers to shop BFCM before anyone else, generating a 6x ROI for 3 years in a row.
